Meet Our Founder — James Esposito

James Esposito founded Home Base Realty Resource Consulting after more than seven years in the real estate industry, working in roles such as Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Director of Operations. His leadership experience and hands-on approach ensure that every client receives personalized guidance and actionable solutions.

A proud U.S. Coast Guard veteran, James brings the same discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence that defined his service to every professional relationship. He is also a Certified Notary Public, Licensed Real Estate Agent (New York State), and holds the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification.

James believes in doing business the right way — with honesty, transparency, and a genuine desire to see his clients succeed.
